We collect information to provide a better, more personalized service to you:

  • Account Credentials: Basic details such as your name, email address, and authentication tokens provided when you sign up via credentials, Google, or LinkedIn.
  • Connected Third-Party Accounts: When you connect your LinkedIn or Instagram Business accounts, we store authorization tokens and basic profile details required to post content on your behalf. We do not store your passwords.
  • Generated Content: The prompts, rewritten versions, and visual templates/posts you create or schedule within our studio.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for purposes including:

  • To initialize, run, and personalize the AI post generation features.
  • To authorize and publish content directly to your selected LinkedIn or Instagram Business profile at scheduled times.
  • To provide support, send security notifications, and resolve integration issues.
  • To maintain, analyze, and optimize platform speed and visual builder features.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

  • With your consent: Publishing to your LinkedIn profile via LinkedIn APIs, or your Instagram profile via the Meta Graph APIs.
  • Service Providers: Secure database hosting partners, NextAuth identity providers, and LLM API providers (e.g., Gemini) to generate rewrites.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or regulation to protect our platform integrity.

5. Data Retention & Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and secure database access layers to safeguard your authentication tokens and generated data. You can disconnect your LinkedIn or Instagram integrations at any time from your settings tab, which immediately revokes and deletes those tokens from our servers.

6. Your Rights & Choice

You have the right to access, edit, or delete any personal information we hold. You can revoke API access for Quilr directly inside your LinkedIn App settings or your Facebook Business Integrations page at any time.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our integrations, API requirements, or legal conditions. Any revisions will be marked with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

9. User Data Deletion Instructions

Quilr values your control over your data. In compliance with Meta's developer policies, we provide a simple mechanism for you to request the deletion of your personal data:

  1. Disconnecting Accounts: You can disconnect your LinkedIn or Instagram Business page connections at any time by navigating to the **Integrations** tab in your dashboard and clicking the Disconnect button. This immediately and permanently deletes the associated access tokens from our database.
  2. Full Account Deletion Request: If you wish to permanently delete your account, generated posts, and all associated personal information from our databases:
    • Send an email to support@quilr.ink from the email address associated with your account.
    • Use the subject line: User Data Deletion Request.
    • Clearly state your request to delete your account.
  3. Processing Timeline: Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and delete all your user profile data, credentials, and generated posts within 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
